  2. ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil – Keeps the chicken moist and juicy during baking and crisps the skin
  3. 1 teaspoon lemon juice – Adds wonderful brightness and citrus flavour
  4. Seasoning: 1 teaspoon minced garlic, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon dried oregano, ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary and ¼ teaspoon basil.
  5. ½ teaspoon salt
  6. ¼ teaspoon black pepper,

Directions

  1. Arrange the chicken in a parchment lined baking dish and pat dry.
  2. Prepare a mixture of minced garlic, dried oregano, dried rosemary, basil, onion powder and garlic powder. Add olive oil to the mixture.
  3. Rub the chicken breasts with the prepared mixture.
