  1. 2 large bone-in chicken breasts – Bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts are plenty flavourful on their own.
  2. ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil – Keeps the chicken moist and juicy during baking and crisps the skin
  3. 1 teaspoon lemon juice – Adds wonderful brightness and citrus flavour
  4. Seasoning: 1 teaspoon minced garlic, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon dried oregano, ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary and ¼ teaspoon basil.
  5. ½ teaspoon salt
  6. ¼ teaspoon black pepper,
